Matt Schwolert, Owner

Matt loves cutting grass.  He loves to see the before and after.  He enjoys meeting customers and guiding them to create and maintain a healthy lawn the entire year.  He is a former coach and golf professional, but in 2008 returned to his roots and a business he knows well.  His experience in lawn care began as a child mowing yards in his neighborhood, then blossomed as an adult when he ran a successful lawn service in Houston.  His knowledge intensified as he had his hand in the growth and maintenance of a nationally-recognized golf course for several years.  Matt and his wife, Michelle, established Lawn Looks in Feburary, 2008, and it has been steadily growing since.  Although he is still teaching school, he stays hands on with the business by providing estimates, regularly checking on properties, maintaining equipment and simply being available for customer questions and requests.  Matt is Dad to two boys, leads Sunday School worship at Church, and loves to fish.

Michelle Schwolert, Operations

Michelle does not love to cut grass.  However, she does enjoy the daily operations of running the business and taking care of the customers.  Michelle's background is marketing and journalism which she uses to create growth and ensure customer satisfaction.  She handles scheduling, accounting, staffing, marketing, community involvement, product delivery, and customer correspondence.  Her first priority is making the customers feel valued - as if they were the only customer.  She is also Mom to Nolan, age 12, and Jacob, age 5.  She volunteers at both schools, Church, and is Vice Chair of the Planning & Zoning Board for the City of Highland Village.
